THE BASE DOODLE SOCK is your new go-to sock recipe! Try full colorwork socks, decorate just the leg, or add a simple splash of colorwork along the cuff! Play with different ribbing, heel, and toe modifications! The options are endless!

Please note this is a printed brochure.

Doodles by Pacific Knit Co. are modern, modular patterns that allow makers to design and knit exactly what they want within an easy to follow framework. Because every motif works with every pattern shape, Doodle Patterns enable endless customization within one pattern!

Our Base Doodle Patterns are the first step in the Doodle Framework! Choose any Base Doodle Pattern, choose charts from any doodle collection , choose your yarns, and start knitting!

Each Doodle Core Deck includes 51 colorwork charts, Expansion Decks have 24 charts, and the Destination Decks have 13 charts.

This sock pattern is worked in the round, from the top down. The cuff is worked and then the design-your-own stranded colorwork is worked on the leg. An afterthought heel is placed, before finishing the colorwork on the foot. Then the toe is shaped and grafted together. Lastly, the afterthought heel is picked up and worked.
